Returns and Refunds Policy
RETURNS
Our standard return policy is 30 days from the date you receive your package. If it has been more than 30 days since delivery, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. It must have an obvious defect. We also accept returns if the size does not fit.
Perishable items, such as gift vouchers and sale items, cannot be returned or refunded.
Before returning the product, you must contact us by email: contacto@nexlop.com.
In your email, you must tell us that you want to return the product. You must also indicate your order number so that we can find it quickly.
Once you have contacted us, we will respond within 24 hours and provide you with all the information necessary to return the product.
Return costs will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In certain situations, only a partial refund will be made: (where applicable).
- Any order returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Finally, discounted items (if applicable) and gift vouchers cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that are offered as part of an exclusive 50% discount campaign.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned order. We will also inform you of the refund.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
If you haven't received the refund yet, please check your bank account first. It may take some time before the refund is officially effective. If you haven't received the refund within two weeks, please contact us at contacto@nexlop.com.
We will replace defective or damaged products, or if there is a sizing issue. If you would like an exchange for the same product, please email us at: contacto@nexlop.com.
